DiPrima Construction typically offers a one year craftsmanship, two year mechanical, and ten year structural warranty on its new houses. Craftsmanship defects encompass a variety of items, like paint imperfections, chipped pavers, or trim issues. The purpose being, we’d like to allow our owners one year to bring any and all problems with the construction of the house to our attention. Mechanical items include issues with the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. Structural issues include any problems with the slab, block, framing, or roof.
