Many of the homes we build are on lots that are owned by our clients. However, when a potential client is looking to build with us and is searching for a lot, we will gladly assist them in that search. We will research the listings for vacant land in the area where they are interested in building to find a selection of suitable lots.
If the client has located a lot, we will evaluate the lot to determine its suitability for the home the client has in mind. Additionally, we will prepare an estimate of the cost of clearing, fill requirements and any other costs that are involved in preparing the lot before construction can begin. We will generally perform this service at no cost to the potential client as just another service DiPrima offers to its clients.
