At first, there was some inconsistency with the pricing. However, after contacting Di Prima, the owner reached out to me to discuss my experience and was incredibly accommodating. They reworked the proposal and provided a new, more accurate estimate. Overall, I was pleased with Mr. Di Prima's efforts to address the issue at hand and he provided excellent customer service.

We built our house in Indialantic many years ago - I think that it was in 1992 to be exact. Because of circumstances that contributed to our leaving the Melbourne area we had to sell what I considered to be our "dream house". In fact I wouldn't agree to selling that house for at least a year or two of our moving to another city.I had hoped that we would end up back to that area. The Diprima Construction Corporation builds wonderful homes! I think that my husband and I moved at least 13 times and there was only one other house that we bought, that even came close to the one built by Joe Diprima and the Diprima Construction Corporation. If you are debating over which builder to buy from, I would not hesitate for a minute to buy a Diprima home.
