I bought a new build in Laguna Village in July 2022 and have been in it for over two years. I feel that Diprima builds a very good quality home and have not had very few issues. The few issues that I did point out were taken care of promptly. They have a good Superintendent crew in Bob and Evan and they are great communicators. I would recommend Diprima to anyone shopping for a new home.

We were’nt familiar with Di prima Homes but our realtor told us they were one of the finest in the area.she was’nt wrong..Our home is nicely finished with attention to detail.Their sub-contractors are easy to work with to get any small problems addressed and fixed quickly.They have an on site staff,Evan and Bob that can take care of any problem and work with sub contractors to make sure any problems are repaired correctly.If I were looking to buy another house in the area Iwould first look to Di Prima Homes.

DiPrima Builders did an AMAZING job building our home. It is a fortress with block, rebar, poured concrete and thick Impact Hurricane Windows. The managers were great to work exuding professionalism and patience. My one small problem of settle cracks in one bedroom will be fixed under warranty as soon as I feel the house has completely settled. Mr Hahn, Terry and Evan have assured they will make it perfect.When tiles flew off my room, Evan was there the same day assessing the damage and had it fixed in 24 hours. Amazing Customer Service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DiPrima Builder for your next home!

Buying our DiPrima Home this year has been a positive experience. Everyone on the DiPrima team was helpful and made the process Quick and smooth. It is evident that Joe DiPrima has established a quality "Custom Home Company". From the top down we have witnessed professionalism and attention to detail. We are blessed to have found an affordable quality home in a beautiful development located near the beach and downtown. Another blessing for us and this community has been the site Superintendent, Evan McCluan. Evan is successful and well-liked due to his excellent communication, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, professionalism, initiative, and resourcefulness. I don't typically write reviews, but sometimes the company and the people that operate it are so outstanding that I feel compelled to share their good works. I bought my house in 2020, Laguna Village Model Pacifica, that was fully completed at that time by DiPrima Homes. It was well priced, high quality, had a smart efficient elegant layout, and had a lot of the luxury items that I appreciate like high ceilings with beautiful trim, gorgeous landscaping, open concept living areas, lanai, and my favorite, a beautiful luxurious soaking tub, in a bathroom so spacious that it surpasses those of many a luxury hotel, which has made travel a little less desirable. A few years later, I bought the lot next to mine and DiPrima built a 4 bedroom/3 bath Avalon for my parents. Joseph DiPrima, his grandson Evan, Bob, DeMar Hahn, and their current staff were really just wonderful at every step of the process and still are now as they finish the last few homes of Laguna Village. As a quick aside, Evan has spotted issues, that come up from time to time for any build, corrects them, and gets on with his busy day like a seasoned pro, and he is smart, humble and very hardworking - so much so that I intended to write his Grandpa about just how good he is, but I guess this review is a good opportunity to do so. The people of DiPrima homes are ethical, talented, and creating beautiful well-priced homes were families can thrive.
