Conveniently located off Pineda, and with a quick drive to the interstate, the community proved to be a popular choice among buyers in the area. DiPrima introduced its Classic Collection in St. Andrews Manor, with our Villa Lucca being our most popular plan to this day. Throughout the construction of the community, DiPrima built and operated several models, including our stunning two-story Santa Barbara plan.
